Inspiring Island Time : The 1999 Beach Tour!
Chelle spent the summer of '99 serenading the Outer Banks of North Carolina with the mellifluous tones of fiddles and kalimba, with Pete Kudelich accompanying her on guitar and piano.  Even though the tour is over, the music lives on:  Island Time preserves the music created during and influenced by Chelle's trip.
